Understanding Yourself
Starts With the
Right Question.
A psychological assessment isn’t just a diagnosis — it’s a complete picture of how your mind works, why certain things feel hard, and what would actually help. We’re here to help you find those answers, at any age.
Whether you’re a parent searching for answers for your child, a teenager navigating a world that wasn’t designed for you, or an adult finally asking the question you’ve been carrying for years — you’re in the right place.
No referral needed. No obligation. Call-back option available.
🕐 Opening late spring / summer 2026 — not yet accepting patients
Not all assessments result in a diagnosis — our goal is an honest, evidence-based clinical answer. All assessments are led by Registered Psychologists (C.Psych., Ontario), follow DSM-5-TR diagnostic standards, and use validated tools normed for Canadian populations. Findings are documented in a written report and reviewed with you in a dedicated feedback session.

Every Assessment We Offer
Ten distinct pathways, each built for a specific clinical question. Filter by category or browse them all.
ADHD & Mental Health Assessment
Ages 6 to adult. Ideal when attention, focus, or executive function is the primary concern — with or without mood overlap.
Autism Spectrum Assessment
Ages 4 to adult. Diagnostic clarity, OAP eligibility, sensory and adaptive profiling. From a focused screen to a full neurodevelopmental picture.
ASD + ADHD Combined Assessment
When both autism and ADHD are on the table. A single integrated evaluation covering both domains fully — no double-booking required.
Psychoeducational Assessment
Learning disability diagnosis and IEP documentation. From an initial academic screener to a full cognitive and achievement profile.
ASD + ADHD + LD Triple Assessment
All three domains in one integrated evaluation. Designed for complex profiles, IEP planning, and OAP documentation with no gaps.
Mood & Anxiety Assessment
Initial anxiety or mood clarity through to a full emotional health profile. For children, teens, and adults facing anxiety, depression, or emotional dysregulation.
CBT & Behavioural Assessment
A functional behaviour map for therapy planning. Ages 6 to adult. Identifies what drives the pattern — so treatment actually targets the right thing.
Trauma & PTSD Assessment
From a focused screen after a recent event to a full C-PTSD evaluation. Accepted for VAC benefits applications. All ages, trauma-informed approach.
Comprehensive Multi-Domain Assessment
Up to four domains (ASD + ADHD + Psychoeducational + Mental Health) in a single integrated evaluation. The most complete clinical picture available.
Neuropsychological Battery Assessment
40–60 clinical hours. 40–80 page report. For legal proceedings, disability tribunals, OSAP BSWD, or when prior assessments have left questions unanswered.
All-inclusive pricing. Every investment covers clinical intake, all assessment tools and measures, clinician scoring and formulation, a written plain-language report, and a feedback session to walk through findings with you. Payment plans are available on assessments over $3,000 through independent lenders (subject to approval). Detailed receipts are always provided for extended health benefit reimbursement.
* Monthly estimates are illustrative only and based on a 36-month plan. Actual terms, rate, and fees confirmed by the lender at application. Not covered by OHIP.
We Meet People Where They Are
Assessment is not one-size-fits-all. The questions change at every stage of life — so our approach does too.
Young Children (Ages 6–10)
Early clarity helps families, schools, and children themselves understand what’s underneath the behaviour — before the gap between effort and results widens.
School Age & Tweens (Ages 8–13)
When homework takes three times as long as it should, and teachers and parents are seeing two different children. Assessments here change academic trajectories.
Teenagers (Ages 13–17)
Brilliant, overwhelmed, and increasingly withdrawn. Teens aged 12+ receive their own private feedback session — not just a report written for a school file.
Adults (18+)
The coping strategies that worked in your twenties may be breaking down. Many adults were never assessed as children — and the answers change everything.
Differential Diagnosis.
Not Just
a Checklist.
We don’t just look for ADHD. We look for what might be mimicking it, co-occurring with it, or being masked by it. Every assessment is led by a Registered Psychologist using validated tools and a thorough clinical history.
Validated Clinical Tools
CPT-3, ADOS-2, WISC-V, WIAT-4, BASC-3, and more — internationally recognised, normed for Canadian populations.
Virtual-First, Ontario-Wide
No travel, no waitlist geography. We see clients where their challenges actually occur — at home, in their real environment.
School & Physician-Ready Reports
Structured for direct use by educators, pediatricians, and workplaces. Plain language, actionable recommendations.
Strengths-Based & Neurodiversity-Affirming
We document what’s working alongside what’s challenging. Assessment is the beginning of understanding — not a verdict.
Your Teen Gets Their Own Session
A private feedback session where your teenager hears directly from their clinician how their brain works — in language built for them, not for a school file.
Coming Late 2026: Medication consultation services via a Nurse Practitioner in Mental Health (subject to regulatory approval). Join the waitlist →
