IP anonymisation: Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation enabled. This means the last portion of your IP address is removed before any data is stored or processed by Google. We cannot identify you personally from analytics data.

Some links on the Toriven™ website direct you to third-party platforms that open in a new window or tab. This includes our contact forms, careers enquiry forms, and the client portal. Once you leave torivenhealth.com, you are on a third-party platform and are subject to that platform’s own privacy policy, terms of service, and data collection practices.
Toriven™ has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the privacy practices, cookies, or data collection of any third-party platform you navigate to from this website. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party platform before submitting personal information.
When you leave torivenhealth.com — including to complete a form or access the client portal — you are interacting with a third-party service under their own terms. This Cookie Policy applies only to torivenhealth.com.
Client Portal and Clinical Platform
At clinical launch, Toriven™ will operate a secure client portal through which clients can book appointments, complete intake forms, and access clinical documentation. The portal is provided by a third-party clinical platform that may set session and authentication cookies when you access it.
These cookies are essential for the portal to function securely and are governed by the portal provider’s own privacy policy. The portal handles personal health information (PHI) and is governed separately by Toriven™’s Privacy Policy and applicable PHIPA requirements.
Further details about the client portal’s data practices will be provided in the Patient Service Agreement at the time of intake.
What We Do Not Use Cookies For
Toriven™ does not use cookies or tracking technologies for:
- Advertising, retargeting, or behavioural marketing of any kind
- Building individual profiles linked to personal health information
- Selling or sharing data with advertising networks
- Tracking you across other websites after you leave torivenhealth.com
- Collecting sensitive personal information through cookie-based tracking
Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
CASL applies to commercial electronic messages sent by Toriven™ — such as email responses to enquiries or appointment confirmations. Toriven™ will only contact you in response to a specific enquiry or in relation to services you have requested.
We do not send unsolicited commercial messages. If you receive a communication from Toriven™ and wish to unsubscribe, you may do so by contacting us at privacy@torivenhealth.ca.
CASL applies to messages Toriven™ sends from our own systems. It does not govern communications or notifications sent by third-party platforms you have separately registered with, such as a client portal or booking system. Those communications are governed by the relevant platform’s own terms.
Managing and Disabling Cookies
