We practice what
we preach.

The values we bring to client care are the same ones we apply internally. Transparent. Collaborative. Genuinely human.

Scope of Practice, Always

You will never be pressured to see a client outside your training. We match caseloads to competency — every time.

Honest Communication

Feedback goes both ways. We expect our clinical team to tell us what's working and what isn't — and we actually act on it.

No Productivity Theatre

We care about client outcomes, not session counts. There are no arbitrary quotas or pressure to see more clients than is clinically appropriate.

Clinician Wellbeing Matters

Burnout is real. We build realistic caseloads, offer peer consultation, and respect that you have a life outside of your practice.

"I joined because I was tired of the fragmented system and wanted to actually collaborate with other clinicians. The referral pathway here is genuine — I regularly consult with the OT and SLP on shared cases and it makes a real difference for families."
