Build Your Career Where
Care Is Done Right
Join a virtual-first, multidisciplinary clinical team committed to neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based care — serving families and individuals across all of Ontario.
Regulated clinicians only · Ontario college registration required · Remote-first work environment
A place where clinicians thrive.
We built the clinical environment we'd want to work in ourselves — flexible, collaborative, and genuinely committed to doing things right.
Fully Virtual Practice
See clients from anywhere in Ontario. No commute, no office politics — just focused clinical work from a space that works for you.
Real Multidisciplinary Collaboration
Consult with psychologists, SLPs, OTs, social workers, and BCBAs within a shared clinical framework — not in isolation. Your colleagues are a message away.
Admin Done For You
Scheduling, billing, intake, and documentation systems are handled by our admin team so you can focus on what you trained to do: clinical work.
Neurodiversity-Affirming Culture
We don't do compliance-focused or pathologizing practice. Our clinical framework is strengths-based, person-centred, and evidence-informed throughout.
Professional Development
Access to peer consultation, clinical supervision, CPD resources, and a growing community of regulated allied health professionals.
Caseload You're Proud Of
Work with clients matched to your training and interest areas. No mismatched referrals, no pressure to take cases outside your competency.
🕐 Opening late spring / summer 2026 — not yet accepting patients

PhD in Clinical, School, or Neuropsychology. CPBAO autonomous practice. Supervisory and co-signing experience required.
Deliver evidence-based individual therapy and group programs for children, youth, and teens across Ontario — supporting anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, family conflict, and school-related concerns. Includes parent coaching and consultative school system support within a multidisciplinary virtual-first team. MSW with current OCSWSSW registration (RSW). CBT/DBT training strongly preferred.
Deliver evidence-based trauma therapy — EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, TF-CBT — to veterans, Canadian Armed Forces members, RCMP, police, paramedics, and firefighters across Ontario. Part-time role with potential for full-time, serving both private-pay and Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) pathways. MSW with OCSWSSW registration. Minimum 2 years trauma experience and 2 years working with veterans or first responders. EMDR Level 1+ required.
Help Ontario families navigate the school system with confidence — IEP development and review, IPRC proceedings, accommodation planning, and school board consultations. Deep working knowledge of Ontario's Education Act, Regulation 181/98, and the IPRC process required. MSW with current OCSWSSW registration (RSW). Demonstrated experience in school advocacy or special education consultation.
Design and deliver structured literacy and academic support programs for children and youth (ages 6–14) across Ontario — evidence-informed interventions for dyslexia, ADHD, and learning differences. Translate psychoeducational assessment findings into practical academic plans, coach parents, and collaborate with the psychology and advocacy teams. Ontario Certificate of Qualification (OCT) required. Structured literacy training (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, Barton, or equivalent) required or supported within 6 months.
Be the first point of contact for families and individuals seeking care at Toriven. Conduct structured intake conversations, match patients to appropriate services across psychology, therapy, and learning support, and complete bookings where appropriate. Non-clinical role requiring experience in multidisciplinary clinic coordination (private practice preferred) and EMR system familiarity (Jane App, Juvonno, or similar).
We practice what
we preach.
The values we bring to client care are the same ones we apply internally. Transparent. Collaborative. Genuinely human.
Scope of Practice, Always
You will never be pressured to see a client outside your training. We match caseloads to competency — every time.
Honest Communication
Feedback goes both ways. We expect our clinical team to tell us what's working and what isn't — and we actually act on it.
No Productivity Theatre
We care about client outcomes, not session counts. There are no arbitrary quotas or pressure to see more clients than is clinically appropriate.
Clinician Wellbeing Matters
Burnout is real. We build realistic caseloads, offer peer consultation, and respect that you have a life outside of your practice.
"I joined because I was tired of the fragmented system and wanted to actually collaborate with other clinicians. The referral pathway here is genuine — I regularly consult with the OT and SLP on shared cases and it makes a real difference for families."— Founding clinical advisor
