If you already have an ADHD, psychological, psychiatric, or medical assessment, you may be able to provide your existing reports for review as part of your initial appointment.
Already taking medication? Your Nurse Practitioner can review your medication history and current treatment needs.

Your Insurance May Help Cover the Cost
Where direct billing is available and permitted, we may be able to bill participating insurers directly.
Otherwise, we provide a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement consideration.

Medication may be prescribed when clinically appropriate and within the Nurse Practitioner's authorized scope of practice.
I already have an assessment. Can you use it?
Relevant existing reports may be reviewed as part of your care.
Do I need a referral?
Please contact our Intake Team for current eligibility and referral information.
Does insurance cover the service?
