Complete a short form and choose a convenient time to speak with our intake team. Same-day appointments are available.

Our intake team will contact you at the time you select to understand what you’re looking for and help match you with the right psychologist.

Please make sure you are available at your selected time, close to your phone, and in a place where you can speak freely and privately.

Once matched, we’ll arrange your complimentary 30-minute consultation with the psychologist.

There is no obligation to proceed with an assessment.

Once the required payment or approved payment arrangement is completed, Toriven will offer you an eligible appointment within 20 business days.

The 20-business day commitment no longer applies if:

• you decline or refuse an appointment offered within the 20-business day period;
• statutory holidays and weekends are excluded;
• after accepting an appointment, you cancel, reschedule, or request a different appointment time for any reason;
• you do not attend your scheduled appointment for any reason;
• your requested reschedule appointment is not available within the original 20-day period; or
• payment from an approved third-party financing provider is not received by Toriven within the required timeframe.

Cancellations, no-shows, refunds and rescheduling remain subject to Toriven's applicable Fees, Billing & Cancellation Policy.

If Toriven does not offer an eligible appointment within 20 business days and none of the above exclusions apply, you receive 50% off your intake session fee.

This 50% off does not apply to assessment fee and is not transferable to any other service or cash.

Once your assessment is complete and Toriven has received all information and documentation required to finalize your assessment, we will provide your final report within 2 weeks.

If we are late, you will receive a $5 credit for each additional business day, up to a maximum of $100.

The 2-week commitment does not begin until all required components of the assessment are complete. This may include, where applicable:

• completion of all scheduled assessment and testing sessions;
• receipt of required questionnaires, forms and supporting documents;
• receipt of information requested from parents, caregivers, schools, healthcare providers or other third parties;
• completion of any additional testing or clinical information identified as necessary during the assessment; and
• completion of any other patient or third-party requirements needed to finalize the assessment.

Delays caused by the patient or a third party do not count toward the 2-week period.

If Toriven requires additional information after the 2-week period has started because new information or a clinical need arises, the report timeline may be paused until the required information is received.

If all requirements have been completed and the delay is Toriven's, the $5-per-business-day credit applies automatically, up to $100.

Payment plans are available for eligible services through independent third-party lenders. You apply directly to the lender, and approval, repayment terms, interest and eligibility are determined solely by the lender.
