Payment options available for Toriven™ services. Services are provided within agreed financial arrangements established prior to care. All financial decisions remain with the patient.
Insurance & Reimbursement: Coverage and reimbursement decisions are made solely by your insurer. Toriven Health Inc. makes no guarantee that any portion of services will be approved, reimbursed, or covered under any insurance plan. Clients are responsible for confirming their own coverage before booking. Toriven™ provides detailed receipts after every session for submission to your insurer.
Your Financial Decisions Are Yours Alone
Toriven™ provides clinical services — not financial advice. All services are recommended based on clinical need. Payment options do not influence clinical recommendations. Services are provided within agreed financial arrangements established prior to care. When, whether, and how you finance those arrangements is entirely your decision. We are not a lender, we do not participate in financing arrangements, and we have no role in your loan agreement with any third-party lender. We are not responsible for the costs, terms, or outcomes of any financing product you choose. If you are considering a payment plan, we encourage you to read the lender's terms carefully and seek independent financial advice if needed.

Our team can help you understand what clinical services may be appropriate for your situation. That is the full extent of our role. We do not advise on whether to pursue financing, which lender to choose, or when to apply.

Paid Clinical Consultation Optional
If you want a deeper clinical picture before making any decision — financial or otherwise — a paid initial consultation with one of our clinicians is available. This is your choice to make.
Payment Plan Referrals
We maintain a list of independent third-party lenders who offer payment plans for health services. If you choose to use one, we provide a referral. The rest is between you and the lender.
Direct Insurance Billing
We direct bill most major Ontario private insurers where you have authorized us to do so. Any approved amount is refunded to your original payment method after your claim is processed.
Third-Party Payment Plans
Payment plan options are available for eligible services through independent third-party lenders. These are financial products offered by lenders with no affiliation to Toriven™.
How it works: If you choose a payment plan, our team provides a referral to our approved lender list. You select a lender and apply directly. If approved, the lender transfers the service amount to Toriven™ and your appointment is confirmed. All repayment obligations, interest, and terms are between you and your lender exclusively. Toriven™ has no role in your loan, your repayment schedule, or any dispute with your lender.
