What Brings You Here

Support for social fears and persistent worry

You do not need to know which label fits before reaching out. Start by telling us what feels difficult and what you would like to change.

Social Anxiety

You may feel anxious about being watched, judged or embarrassed around other people.

  • Speaking up in meetings, class or groups.
  • Meeting people or starting conversations.
  • Presentations, interviews or social events.
  • Avoiding situations or replaying conversations afterward.

Generalized Anxiety

Worry may feel difficult to switch off and spread across several parts of your life.

  • Repeated “what if” thoughts.
  • Worry about work, school, health or relationships.
  • Difficulty tolerating uncertainty.
  • Feeling tense, restless or unable to relax.

Your experience comes first. These examples are not a diagnosis. Your clinician will explore your concerns and discuss whether this service is a suitable fit.

Our Approach

Practical work, guided by your goals

Therapy is planned collaboratively. Your clinician will explain the recommended approach and work with you at a manageable pace.

Understand Your Patterns

Explore situations, thoughts, emotions and responses that keep anxiety going in your daily life.

Practise Useful Skills

Work on strategies for responding to worry, uncertainty and difficult social situations.

Review What Helps

Set meaningful goals and review your progress together, adjusting the plan as your needs change.

Individualized, evidence-based care. Your clinician will discuss the methods appropriate to your needs, including whether a cognitive behavioural approach is suitable. Therapy does not promise a particular outcome or a fixed number of sessions.
