About Toriven™

Toriven™ is an Ontario-wide, multidisciplinary clinic focused on improving access to high-quality psychological assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, and families. Therapies are delivered virtually. In-person assessments are clinician-directed.

We operate a clinician-led care model, combining high clinical standards with modern workflows and a flexible, decentralized delivery approach.

The Role

We are hiring a Psychologist with PhD or PsyD (autonomous practice) to join our province-wide assessment program. This is a key clinical role supporting the delivery of assessment services across Ontario.

This is a full-time, salaried role with full clinical autonomy and scheduling flexibility, focused on delivering high-quality assessments — supported by structured processes, centralized intake, and a collaborative team.

Scope of Work

Clinical Autonomy & Care Model

Toriven™ operates under a clinician-led care model:

  • All clinical decisions — including modality (virtual vs. in-person), treatment approach, and referrals — are made independently by the treating psychologist.
  • Therapy is delivered virtually; in-person assessments are clinician-directed.
  • The organization does not direct or influence clinical decision-making.
  • Where in-person care is clinically indicated, Toriven™ coordinates local arrangements and logistics.

Flexible Work Model

This is a full-time role with genuine scheduling flexibility:

  • Clinicians design their own schedules within clinic operating hours.
  • Clinic hours: Weekdays 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM · Weekends 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
  • Work can be structured across mornings, evenings, or weekends based on preference.
  • Schedules are coordinated in advance with the clinic team to ensure patient access and care continuity.

Location & Assessment Model

  • Remote role (Ontario-based).
  • In-person assessments typically ~1 day/week.
  • Assessment space is arranged locally near your location.
  • No requirement to travel to a central clinic location.

Core Requirements

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical, School, or Child Psychology.
  • Registered (autonomous practice) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO).
