Supporting Students, Families, and Schools
Navigating school systems, academic expectations, and learning differences can feel overwhelming for many families. Students may struggle with reading, organization, learning differences, or the transition to higher education. Parents often find themselves trying to understand complex school systems, accommodations, and support options.
Our Education & School Support Programs help students build practical learning strategies, support families navigating school accommodations, and prepare older students for major academic transitions such as college or university. All programs are delivered virtually across Ontario by regulated clinicians and trained specialists.
Who These Programs Support
Students and families at every stage of the journey.
From the early school years through post-secondary transition, these programs are designed for families navigating the complexities of learning differences, educational systems, and academic expectations.
Students with learning differences
Children and teens with dyslexia, learning disabilities, ADHD, or executive functioning challenges who need structured academic support beyond what school alone provides.
Students approaching post-secondary
High school students preparing for the transition to college or university — including the executive functioning, time management, and self-advocacy skills that post-secondary demands.
Families navigating school systems
Parents who need help understanding IEPs, requesting accommodations, preparing for school meetings, or advocating effectively for their child’s educational needs.
Students with academic skill gaps
Students who have fallen behind in foundational academic skills and need structured, evidence-based remediation that addresses the root of the difficulty.
Students who need self-advocacy skills
Young people who struggle to communicate their own needs to teachers, professors, or administrators — and need to develop the confidence and skills to do so.
Families after assessment
Families who have received a psychoeducational or ADHD assessment and now need support understanding the results, implementing recommendations, or navigating next steps.

Learning & Academic
Remediation Support
Structured academic support for students experiencing reading, writing, or learning challenges.
Students with learning differences often fall behind in foundational academic skills despite genuine effort and intelligence. This program provides structured, evidence-informed remediation that addresses the underlying skill gaps — not just the surface performance — to help students build a more solid academic foundation across reading, writing, and core learning skills.

Dyslexia & Structured
Literacy Support
Evidence-informed reading and literacy support designed for students with dyslexia or persistent reading difficulties.
Dyslexia is one of the most common learning differences, yet many students reach adolescence without targeted, evidence-based literacy intervention. This program uses structured literacy approaches — grounded in the science of reading — to build phonological awareness, decoding, fluency, and reading comprehension in a sequenced, systematic way.

School Advocacy
& IEP Support
Guidance for families navigating Individual Education Plans (IEPs), IPRC processes, and school meetings.
Many families feel underprepared or overwhelmed going into IEP meetings, IPRC processes, or accommodation discussions. This service helps parents understand what their child is entitled to, how to read and respond to documentation, and how to participate meaningfully in educational planning conversations — as informed advocates for their child.

Post-Secondary
Transition Coaching
Helping neurodiverse students prepare for the academic, social, and organizational expectations of college and university.
The transition from high school to post-secondary is one of the most significant academic shifts a neurodiverse student will face. Structures that worked in secondary school largely disappear. This program prepares students for those demands before they arrive — building the executive functioning, self-advocacy, and organizational skills that college and university require.

University Disability
Services Preparation
Helping students register for and effectively use disability supports at college or university.
Many students arrive at college or university eligible for disability accommodations but don’t know how to access them, what to ask for, or how to use them effectively once in place. This program helps students navigate the disability services registration process, understand their rights, and build the confidence to use their supports without feeling like they’re asking for something they don’t deserve.
